Its flagship product, the VENUS robotic crawler, is a semi-autonomous pipe-crawling robot capable of traversing horizontal and vertical insulated pipes with a minimum clearance of just 2.4 inches — no scaffolding or insulation removal required. VENUS uses a dual-NDT approach combining Pulsed Eddy Current (PEC) and Real-Time Radiography (RTR) to deliver 360-degree full-circumference scans. Inspection throughput is up to 15 times faster than manual methods, with costs up to 70% lower. Detection accuracy is reported at 99% for critical corrosion and 90% for predictive corrosion risk via ARIX Analytics.

ARIX Analytics is a cloud-based corrosion data platform that provides clients with 3D asset visualization, real-time annotations, video playback, and NDT data overlays through the ARIX Inspection Portal. The company offers three engagement models: turnkey inspection services where ARIX crews operate on-site, a buy or lease robotic platform partner program launched in April 2025, and a Global Partner Program enabling licensed NDT inspection firms to deploy VENUS independently.

Customers include major energy companies such as Shell, Saudi Aramco, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Dow, INEOS, LyondellBasell, Suncor, Cenovus, Marathon, Phillips 66, and REPSOL, as well as utility firm Consolidated Edison and NASA. ARIX has raised $21.5 million in Series A funding from Alley Robotics Ventures (AlleyCorp) and Benson Capital Partners. The company was named a 2024 Energy Technology Pioneer by Darcy Partners and has expanded internationally, including a GCC partnership with 01Lab.
