The company's product portfolio covers a broad range of pneumatic control components and ready-to-install solutions, including electronically operated solenoid valves, pneumatically and mechanically operated valves, manually operated valves, ISO and NAMUR standardized valves, function valves, stainless steel and low-temperature valves, and ATEX / FM-CSA certified explosion-proof valves for hazardous locations. Its motion portfolio includes pneumatic cylinders with piston rods, rodless cylinders, ISO 6432 and ISO 15552 cylinders, compact cylinders (ISO 21287), water cylinders, air preparation units, vacuum technology and valve terminals/manifolds such as the 86-REV valve manifold, which supports up to 24 stations, IO-Link capability and fieldbus systems including Ethernet, PROFINET and Modbus-TCP. Through its Tire Solutions Group, AIRTEC has served the global tire industry for more than 35 years, with its flagship Rocky valve for tire curing, plus loaders and loader chucks, oil and water hydraulic center mechanisms, gas circulation units and Rocky panel units. The company's Custom(er) Solutions / Solutions in Motion group develops application-specific products, accounting for nearly half of its business, supported by the AIRTEC Technologiezentrum (technology center) in Reutlingen, Germany. AIRTEC has been recognized as a Supplier of the Year for on-time delivery, quality and customer service.
