The company does not manufacture its own robots; instead it represents a portfolio of non-destructive testing and inspection robotics equipment from overseas manufacturers for sale and service in Japan.

Advantec-IS organizes its offering into corrosion-under-insulation inspection, robotics inspection, and pipeline inspection. For corrosion-under-insulation work, it distributes RTD-Incotest pulsed eddy current systems for wall-thickness measurement and the QSA Global OpenVision OVCF-NDT-70 video inspection platform. Its robotics line includes the Waygate Technologies BIKE ultra-mobile pipe crawler, the FAST RVI remote visual inspection robot for confined spaces, and the BRIC boiler inspection and cleaning robot, which climbs boiler walls on magnetic tracks in place of scaffolding. For pipelines, it supplies guided-wave ultrasonic equipment from Guided Ultrasonic Ltd, including the QSR, G4 Mini, and gPIMS systems, screening up to 100 meters of pipe from one transducer ring.

Advantec-IS also partners with Innospection for magnetic eddy current subsea inspection and with Voliro for tethered drone-based non-destructive testing, serving clients in the oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, and heavy manufacturing sectors across Japan.
