EVENT OVERVIEW

Robotics Summit & Expo 2027 will take place June 2-3, 2027, at the John B. Hynes Convention Center in Boston's Back Bay. The 2026 edition was held May 27-28 at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center in the Seaport, so 2027 brings a change of venue within the city. The event is produced by Arrowfly, formerly WTWH Media and publisher of The Robot Report, and describes itself as a technical design and development event for robotics and intelligent systems. DeviceTalks Boston is co-located. The organizer says the full 2027 conference agenda will be announced in 2027.

The published schedule outline lists opening keynotes on the morning of June 2, an exhibit hall open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first day and until 3 p.m. on the second, the RBR50 Robotics Innovation Awards dinner on June 2 and a Women in Robotics Breakfast on June 3. Ahead of the 2026 edition, The Robot Report expected more than 5,000 attendees, over 200 exhibitors and more than 50 sessions across tracks on AI, design and development, enabling technologies, healthcare and logistics. The 2026 keynotes covered robot autonomy, the state of humanoids with speakers from Boston Dynamics, Agility and Schaeffler, and open-source robotics.
