EVENT OVERVIEW

ICARA 2027, the 13th International Conference on Automation, Robotics and Applications, is scheduled for February 25–27, 2027 at the Campus de l'Arche of De Vinci Higher Education in the Paris La Défense business district, in Nanterre just west of Paris. The series meets every February in a different city; the 2025 edition was held in Zagreb and the 2026 edition in Istanbul. Conference chairs are Anthony Tzes of NYU Abu Dhabi and Ramesh K. Agarwal of Washington University in St. Louis, with program chairs from the Italian Institute of Technology, Paris-Saclay University and Kazan Federal University.

The program centers on automation, control and robotics applications. Announced keynote speakers are Morten Hovd of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Carlos Ocampo-Martínez of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Ionela Prodan of Université Grenoble Alpes, all working in control and automation. Papers are submitted through EasyChair by October 1, 2026, with notification on November 1. Proceedings of the 2021 to 2026 editions were archived in IEEE Xplore. Registration is paid, with early author fees from USD 600 and non-presenting delegates paying USD 320 before January 25, 2027. The event is run through a conference secretariat with De Vinci Higher Education as local host.
