EVENT OVERVIEW
AGRITECHNICA 2027 will run November 14-20, 2027 at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds in Germany. Organized by DLG, the German Agricultural Society, the fair is held every two years and is the largest trade show for agricultural machinery. The 2025 edition, which marked 40 years of AGRITECHNICA, drew 2,819 exhibitors from 49 countries and about 477,000 visitors from 171 countries, according to DLG's post-show report; 68% of exhibitors came from outside Germany, with Italy and China the largest foreign groups after the host country.
The 2025 leading theme, "Touch Smart Efficiency," centered on digitalisation, automation, robotics and AI. A new Digital Farm Centre showed spot spraying, generative AI applications, robotics, drones and sensor technology, and DLG's press gallery includes a dedicated robotics arena with field robots such as a grape-harvesting robot. The SYSTEMS & COMPONENTS section, a B2B marketplace for the machinery supply chain and off-highway sector, had 896 exhibitors in 2025, with a focus on alternative drives and AI-based safety systems. For 2027, exhibitor registration opens November 16, 2026 and closes January 31, 2027, and award submissions close July 16, 2027. DLG has not yet published a 2027 leading theme.
