Organized by the Association for Advancing Automation (A3), the forum is an annual, members-only gathering of executives from robotics, machine vision, motion control and AI companies, and A3 says it draws more than 700 automation industry leaders. The 2026 edition was held at the same venue on January 19-21, 2026, and included a live podcast recording, a Women's Empower Hour and the premiere of a BBC-produced film series on industrial transformation.

The announced 2027 program includes an economic outlook from Connor Lokar, senior forecaster at ITR Economics, and keynotes by human performance scientist Dr. James Hewitt and entrepreneur and investor Josh Linkner. The agenda combines economic forecasts, automation market insights and industry discussions with golf, wellness activities, networking dinners and a Sports Night. At the 2026 forum, A3 presented its latest data on automation statistics and market drivers. Registration is through the A3 member portal.
