Zhongshan Rixin Automation Equipment Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of vibratory parts feeding systems located at No. 28 Jinxiu Road, Fusha Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong. Citing 20 years of experience, the company designs and machines feeders for small and complex components used in automated assembly.
Its vibratory bowl feeders are custom built per part and made from stainless steel or CNC-machined aluminium, with variants for washers, pogo pins, molded inductors, rivets, zipper teeth, thin metal plates and set screws, including bowls with spring separators and a machine vision assisted feeding option. Automatic screw feeders cover M2 to M5 sizes as vibratory screw dispensers and as single- or multi-outlet (2 to 6) step feeders. The catalog also includes hopper feeders, step feeders, centrifugal feeders, flexible feeders driven by voice coil motors, and an automatic counting machine rated at up to 3,000 parts per minute that handles parts as small as 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.1 mm.
