Willrich sells and services dimensional inspection equipment including coordinate measuring machines, video measuring systems, CT and 3D laser scanners, micrometers, bore gages, thread gages, gage blocks and surface roughness testers, representing manufacturers such as Mitutoyo, Fowler, Mahr and Starrett.
