Vention's core offering is a fully integrated hardware, software, and physical AI platform built for the factory floor. The Manufacturing Automation Platform encompasses four primary software tools: MachineBuilder (cloud-based CAD for designing equipment and robot cells), MachineLogic (no-code, AI Copilot, and Python-based motion controller programming with digital twin simulation), MachineAnalytics (remote monitoring with live camera feed, health metrics, and configurable alerts), and Remote Support (on-demand expert assistance from an HMI pendant). The platform is certified ISO 27001 and NIST compliant.
On the hardware side, Vention produces MachineMotion AI, a plug-and-play automation controller built on NVIDIA Jetson GPU supporting up to 20 daisy-chained motors over EtherCAT with Wi-Fi, LAN, or LTE connectivity. It also offers patented T-slot aluminum extrusions (V-groove design supporting 25% more payload versus standard), modular actuators and servomotors, belt and roller conveyors, and a marketplace of 3,000+ plug-and-play components across 25 categories.
Turnkey application products include the Rapid Series Cobot Palletizer (up to 66 lbs payload, 13 picks per minute, developed in collaboration with Universal Robots), the Industrial Palletizer (up to 300 lbs payload), Rapid Series Cobot Sanding (with 3M Abrasives), CNC Machine Tending cells compatible with FANUC and Universal Robots, Robotic Welding cells, and the Rapid Operator AI bin-picking system powered by NVIDIA technology.
