Company Overview

The HEH Group is a family of industrial companies headquartered in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, formed to provide comprehensive manufacturing solutions to the metal cutting and precision machining industries. The group was established in 2009 when Motch & Eichele and Ultra Tech Machinery joined forces. HEH stands for Hagerty, Eichele, and Hagerty — representing the last names of founders CEO Bob Hagarty, President Willie Eichele, and Vice President Jim Hagarty.

The group's core business units include Ultra Tech Machinery, founded in 1986, which designs and builds production and automation machines, provides machine tool rebuilds and remanufacturing, engineers special-purpose machines, and delivers turnkey manufacturing solutions for industrial clients. Ultra Tech Machinery is located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and also holds government contracts for precision machining work.

The HEH Group distributes and supports several major machine tool brands: Mazak, a globally recognized manufacturer of vertical and horizontal machining centers and multi-tasking turning centers; Hanwha CNC Swiss Turning Lathes for high-volume precision parts manufacturing; ANCA CNC grinding machines for cutting tool production; and Ermak press brake bending and fiber laser cutting equipment. The group also partners with Agile Robotic Systems to provide machine-tending automation, integrating robotic loading and unloading cells with existing CNC equipment.

Additionally, The HEH Group includes Advanced Spindle Technology, a division that diagnoses and repairs precision machine spindles for manufacturing customers across the region.

Servicing industries including aerospace, automotive, medical, and general manufacturing, The HEH Group positions itself as a one-stop resource for capital equipment procurement, automation integration, tooling, and service — enabling manufacturers to reduce setup times, increase throughput, and improve part quality through advanced multi-axis machining technology and robotic automation.
