Company Overview

UFORCE is a British-Ukrainian defence technology company headquartered in London that builds unmanned systems for air, land and sea together with the command-and-control software that links them. Its legal entity, UFORCE Global Limited, was incorporated in England and Wales in January 2025, and trade press describes it as a combination of nine Ukrainian defence companies that merged in early 2025. The company says it was founded by Ukrainian technologists and that its systems were iterated through combat use with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Oleg Rogynskyy, previously founder of People.ai, is chief executive; former Ukrainian prime minister Oleksiy Honcharuk chairs the board, former UK Defence Secretary Sir Ben Wallace is a board member, and Sean Plankey leads UFORCE USA.

The sea portfolio centres on the MAGURA uncrewed surface vessel. The MAGURA V7, fielded by Ukraine in the Black Sea with more than 1,000 units reported by the company, is 7.1 to 7.3 m long, carries a 650 kg payload and has a top speed of about 39 knots and a range of about 800 nautical miles. The next-generation MV7 has a 7.8 m fibreglass hull reinforced with carbon and Kevlar, a 270 hp Steyr diesel and 1,200 L of fuel, operates to sea state 4, and is offered in one-way attack, remote weapon station, short-range air defence, drone mothership, logistics and mine warfare configurations. In July 2026 UFORCE announced a teaming agreement with Oregon boat builder ReconCraft to produce MAGURA vessels in the United States.

In the air, the NEMESIS family includes the reusable Heavy Bomber Mark 3.5 (10 kg payload, 50 km round-trip combat range), a 6 kg kamikaze FPV variant with 60 km range and the SEASTRIKE one-way UAV launched from USVs; the R-18 octocopter and R-34 strike UAV are also listed. On land, the LIUT UGV carries a 7.62 mm machine gun on the Predator remote combat module and covers up to 28 km per charge, while the D21 is a 380 kg electric all-wheel-drive combat UGV with a 200 kg payload. Counter-UAS offerings include INTERCEPT interceptor drones and the Sunray laser system.

UFORCE C2 ties the platforms together as a multi-domain command-and-control and autonomy layer that lets one operator task USVs, UAVs, UGVs and interceptors, with swarm tasking, radar-based collision avoidance, GPS-denied navigation and AI target classification. It supports STANAG 4817, MAVLink and Cursor on Target output, and the StarMod adapter connects third-party drones. The company reports validation as a red team against NATO forces at the Siil/Hedgehog 2025 and REPMUS 2025 exercises.

UFORCE raised USD 50 million in a seed round announced in March 2026 at a valuation above USD 1 billion, with Lakestar, Shield Capital and Ballistic Ventures among the named investors. Resilience Media reported a team of more than 1,000 and manufacturing in 15 locations across six European countries. In September 2026 Bloomberg reported talks on a new round led by Valor Equity at a valuation of about USD 5 billion; that round had not been confirmed as closed at the time of collection.
