Its product line includes the Shokac Cube, a soft sensor built from polyurethane foam that uses optical sensing to detect three-dimensional surface deformation; the Shokac Chip, a compact multi-axis tactile sensor small enough to mount on a fingertip that measures force across multiple axes; and the Shokac Probe, a texture sensor that measures fine contact-surface differences such as fingerprint-scale patterns and friction. The sensors are applied in robotics, prosthetics, and human-machine interface systems that call for touch feedback.
