Zwolle, Netherlands firm founded 2016 building 3D-vision robot cells that grind, deburr and tend machines for cut steel parts up to 2,000 kg.
Teqram B.V. is a Dutch manufacturer of vision-guided robot cells for finishing and handling metal parts, based in Zwolle. It was founded in 2016 out of hands-on experience in manual sheet metal processing, with the aim of automating low-volume, high-variety work that conventional robot cells handle poorly because each new part normally requires programming or teach-in. Teqram belongs to Tollenaar Industries, a family-owned Dutch industrial group whose other companies include Tubecon, Tosec, Rime, TME and Martec.
The technical basis is EasyEye, a camera system combining 3D vision, HD cameras and time-of-flight sensors that recognises workpieces as they arrive on Euro pallets or in mesh boxes, so the robot can pick and process parts without part-specific programs. Supporting hardware carries the same naming: EasyBot robots, EasyGripper tooling with electromagnetic pick-up elements and the EasyIO interface unit. The robot manufacturer behind the cells is not named on the website.
EasyGrinder is the product most cited in customer cases. It removes slag and burrs and rounds edges on oxy-fuel, plasma and high-power laser cut steel plate, with automatic tool changes between chisel, horizontal and vertical disc grinders, die grinders and chamfer tools. Three versions are published: EasyGrinder 200 for parts up to 200 kg, EasyGrinder 600 for parts up to 600 kg and 4,000 x 1,000 mm, and EasyGrinder 2000 for parts up to 2,000 kg fed by a transfer system. Teqram states surface preparation to grade P3 of DIN EN ISO 8501-3 and edge rounding to R2, with R3 or larger as an option. Other products tend existing machines: EasyDebur loads and unloads through-feed deburring machines of any brand, EasyShotblaster does the same for shot-blasting machines, EasyMillDrill tends machining centres with workpieces up to 600 kg, EasyLevel feeds part levellers, EasyUnpacker loads sheets into flatbed cutting machines and stacks finished parts, and EasyFlipper turns heavy plates. EasyWelder is a cobot welding cell taught by demonstration. The website is published in English, German, Italian and Polish.
Named customers are mainly steel service centres and heavy-equipment makers. Liebherr-Werk Biberach runs combined deburring and shot blasting, and a deburring line for crane plates up to 200 kg was delivered with Arku and Rosler. Doppelmayr Seilbahnen grinds and blasts flame-cut ropeway parts around the clock. UnionStahl, Ancofer Stahlhandel, Friedrich Amtenbrink and MARTIN GmbH use EasyGrinder on flame- and plasma-cut parts, Dreko and Zucker Edelstahlschmiede use EasyDebur, and RSB operates five EasyFlipper units turning parts of up to 5,000 kg. In North America, Accurate Metal Products installed two EasyGrinder robots in two US states, CANAM Bridges uses EasyGrinder for thermally cut bridge steel, and RobotToday reported in September 2026 that Minerd & Sons cut delivery time from two weeks to three days with EasyGrinder.
Primary type & automation activities this supplier delivers:
Vision-guided robot cell that removes slag, deburrs and rounds edges on thermally cut steel plate parts.
Robot that loads and unloads through-feed deburring machines of any brand without programming.
Vision-guided robot that loads and unloads milling and machining centres.
Cobot welding cell taught by demonstration, needing no robot programming expertise.
