The company's platform centers on three robot lines. TIM-E (Things in Motion, Everywhere) is a multi-purpose autonomous mobile robot designed for real operational environments such as hotels, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and convention centers. TIM-E navigates dynamically, reroutes around obstacles in real time, calls and rides elevators, and opens automated doors. Modular attachments enable waste removal, linen transport, luggage handling, and general deliveries across multiple floors. BIM-E (Beverages in Motion, Everywhere), debuted at CES 2026, is a specialized beverage service robot capable of dispensing up to eight different beverages and achieving a pour cycle of approximately 10 seconds per drink. A single bartender can supervise up to three BIM-E units simultaneously. LIM-E (Lab in Motion, Everywhere) is configured for laboratory logistics, transporting approved supplies and properly contained materials within designated clinical and pharmaceutical operational environments.
In Q4 2025, TechForce expanded its live pilot network from hospitality into casinos, shopping malls, stadiums, convention centers, public schools, and assisted living facilities. The company also entered the pharmaceutical automation market through an initial deployment at Oncotelic Therapeutics. Revenue is generated through monthly subscription agreements covering the robot hardware, the RoboOp365 software platform, maintenance, and remote monitoring support.
