Modus X is a robotic digital exoscope with 4K 3D optics and near-infrared fluorescence visualization that lets surgeons operate heads-up from monitors rather than through microscope oculars; the company cites comparative studies of 246 cases showing reduced operative time, length of stay and blood loss. It succeeds the earlier Modus V. Modus Nav tracks multiple instruments, including suction tools and minimally invasive ports, against patient-specific tractography built from automated white-matter segmentation, and is used in tumor and AVM resection, hemorrhage evacuation and functional targeting. Modus Plan provides automatic tractography segmentation for pre-surgical planning, with AI brain analytics from partner Centile Bio. Evry is a superconducting 0.5T head-only MRI with FDA clearance and Health Canada approval, and the fluorescence capability has FDA 510(k) clearance.
The company reports adoption at more than 100 centers, including six of the top ten US neurosurgery hospitals, among them Mount Sinai and Duke Health, and has a co-marketing agreement with Stryker for surgical planning tools.
