Company Overview

SpaceTime Industries is a United States startup building a managed autonomous response system for critical infrastructure. It targets unmanned or remote sites with cameras and alarms but no one nearby: when an alert fires, the system is meant to dispatch an aerial, ground or surface robot from a station on or near the site to verify and document the event before responders arrive.

Sentinel OS, the software layer, ingests alerts from cameras, radar, AIS, access control, weather feeds and other sensors, classifies and risk-scores incidents, requests approval, tasks robots and generates incident records. The company calls it hardware-agnostic command and control for drones, USVs, ground robots and docking or charging stations, deployable at the edge, in the cloud or hybrid. Hardware: the Autonomous Response Station, a containerised pod on a standard 20-foot ISO 668 footprint, in three zones: power and environmental (30 kW generator, online UPS, dual HVAC, telescopic mast); server core (NVIDIA GPU clusters, air-gapped storage, mesh gateways); and operations and launch (roof drone deck, UGV slipway, USV launch-and-recovery system, two-operator C2 position).

Its site says the Sentinel OS interface, incident workflows, alert ingestion and reporting are available today, while configured autonomous-asset workflows, edge deployments and field demonstrations are still in testing; all product imagery shows reference configurations. A job posting seeks an engineer to take the Station from requirements to a first prototype on off-the-shelf UAV, UGV and USV platforms.

It sells the system as a service: designing, integrating, deploying, operating and maintaining each installation as owner-operator under a managed agreement, after a site assessment and paid pilot. Target sites: electrical substations, ports, subsea cable landings, pipelines, data centres, expeditionary defence and emergency response. TechCrunch lists Honorebel S. Walker and Rasun Allah as founders. Listed backers: Forum Ventures, Humanmade, Innovate Bay, Draper; no round size has been disclosed.
