Smarlogy is the mobile robotics brand of Smart Technology, S.A., a Spanish automation and robotics company. Its plant is at C/ Antonio Belmonte Abellán 6 in Espinardo, Murcia, with an R&D centre at Calle Berlín, Pol. Ind. Cabezo Beaza, Parcela 3, Cartagena. The Mobile Robot Directory records establishment in 2001, and the company states that its mobile robots have been on the market for over twenty years and that it has more than 600 operating installations.
The AGV and AMR range spans roughly 50 kg to over 150,000 kg across three families. The forklift family covers the SAP stacker (4,500 kg, 4.5 m), SAP-WL wide-leg unit (4,500 kg, 5 m), SAP-SLIM compact stacker (2,500 kg, 2 m), SAC counterbalanced stacker (10,000 kg, 4.5 m, 10% slopes), SCR reach truck (3,500 kg, 11 m) and SCR-TRI trilateral VNA truck (2,500 kg, 14 m). The SQM platform family covers SQM-90 with an onboard cobot arm and 2D SLAM (250 kg), SQM-1500 platform (1,500 kg), SQM-SAP transpallet platform (20,000 kg), SQM-EVVA omnidirectional platform (25,000 kg), SQM-STT tractor (30,000 kg towed) and SQM-50T heavy platform (50,000 kg). A special family adds freezer-rated units to -30 degrees C, outdoor units, a double-fork empty-pallet unit and a truck loading and unloading design with AI load and trailer detection.
Beyond mobile robots the company works in palletizing, pick and place, welding, laser cutting and marking, machine vision, special machinery, and PLC and SCADA programming, integrating control and robot brands including Fanuc, Kuka, ABB and Siemens. Stated sectors are food, energy, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, furniture and chemicals.
