"Detect. Verify. Neutralize."
Kfar Saba C-UAS developer whose SkyDefender and Portable Dome fuse radar, RF, EO/IR and acoustic sensing with jamming, spoofing, takeover and laser defeat.
Skylock Ltd. is an Israeli developer of multi-layer counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS). Its systems combine radar, RF, electro-optical/infrared and acoustic sensors with jamming, GNSS spoofing, takeover and laser mitigation. The company is based at HaTahana St 1 in Kfar Saba, Israel, and lists regional offices in Katowice, Poland (Skylock Europe) and Singapore (Skylock Asia). LinkedIn records it as founded in 2017.
Skylock is a wholly owned subsidiary of Autonomous Guard (A-Guard), a homeland security and border protection group formed in 2025 by combining Skylock with BeeSense, a maker of multi-sensor ground and perimeter surveillance systems. Autonomous Guard describes itself as a majority-owned subsidiary of Avnon Group, an Israeli defense and homeland security group, so Skylock remains part of the Avnon group of companies. The company website lists Roy Riftin as CEO, alongside VP Engineering Abir Mazuz, VP Sales Shimon Litman, COO Jacob Pesachovich and CFO Moti Jacobson.
The flagship SkyDefender integrated system fuses radar, passive RF, EO/IR and acoustic sensors with AI/ML analytics and can defeat targets by jamming, spoofing, laser or takeover. Skylock states a detection range of up to 15 km. Portable Dome puts four detection layers into a single sensor, also with up to 15 km detection, and adds friend-or-foe recognition, swarm neutralization and an embedded C2 that needs no external software. Active Dome is a tripod-mounted detection and mitigation system, and V DOME is a version mounted on a tactical vehicle. For dismounted users Skylock offers a vest- or harness-mounted wearable detection and jamming system, the Skybeam handheld jammer rifle, the Sky beam Omni multi-antenna portable jammer and the Sky Spotter PRO portable RF detector. The catalogue also lists a directional jammer, the SKYLASER counter-drone laser, a GNSS spoofer and a C4I software layer. The C4I layer provides AI-driven data fusion and EO/IR auto-cueing, with an SDK/API for integration with national C4I, PSIM, VMS and ISR systems.
Skylock markets an automated detect, verify and neutralize kill chain and offers fixed-site, on-the-move and dismounted deployment options. Its lifecycle sustainment packages offer SLA coverage of up to 15 years, field-replaceable units and spare-part provisioning, with no mandatory annual license subscriptions. Customers include ministries of defense, government agencies, frontline military units and critical-infrastructure operators in energy, seaports, telecom and utilities. It also serves airports and air navigation service providers, maritime and border protection, major events and VIP protection. Skylock says its systems are used in more than 40 countries.
A 2025 TechTime report on the group's semi-annual results gave Skylock's 2024 revenue as $12.4 million, with a net profit of about $3 million. In 2026 the Jerusalem Post reported a follow-on order of about $400,000 from an Asian customer for Skybeam systems, after an initial order of about $200,000, with delivery scheduled for Q4 2026. LinkedIn lists 11-50 employees.
