Sizing is available in three variants and the XFR is back-compatible with all previous Skelex 360 devices.
Skelex exoskeletons are deployed in aerospace manufacturing, shipbuilding, automotive production, construction, agriculture, and healthcare settings. Early customers included Bilfinger, located near the RDM campus. The company has expanded to markets across Europe and North America. A notable milestone was a 2025 pilot programme in greenhouse horticulture in Westland, the Netherlands, evaluating exoskeleton use for overhead planting and harvesting tasks.
The company manufactures its exoskeletons using on-demand production in partnership with Protolabs Network, enabling rapid iteration and custom sizing. Skelex positions its products as ergonomic injury-prevention devices that reduce the risk of shoulder and arm musculoskeletal disorders without the complexity or maintenance burden of powered systems.
