The privately held company designs AI-enabled smart glasses and AR display glasses, closed a 112 million US dollar Series C round led by NetDragon Websoft in November 2023, and was reported in April 2026 to be preparing a Hong Kong stock listing.
Rokid Glasses is a 49 g display model built on a Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 processor with an NXP RT600 coprocessor, dual-eye green Micro-LED waveguide displays, a 12 MP Sony-sensor camera, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and real-time translation across 89 languages (8 offline) with GPT-5 and Gemini integration; it launched in September 2025 at 499 US dollars. Rokid AI Glasses Style, announced at CES 2026, is a 38.5 g non-display, voice-first model with a 12 MP camera, up to 12 hours of battery life and ChatGPT and Gemini support at 299 US dollars. The AR line covers the Max 2 AR glasses, the AR Spatial set and AR Joy 2, which project a virtual screen of up to 215 inches. Earlier products include the YodaOS voice operating system and industrial AR glasses for field service and logistics.
Rokid reports more than 1 million cumulative users as of February 2026. In Japan the brand is sold through Future Model Co., Ltd. of Tokyo, which operates the Japanese storefront listed in this record.
