Robotic Skies is the first and only worldwide network of certified service centers providing aviation-grade maintenance for commercial Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Founded in 2013 and led by CEO Brad Hayden, the company connects UAS manufacturers and operators with over 200 independently owned FAA Part 145-certified repair stations spanning more than 40 countries. Technicians are factory-certified and trained to aviation standards, ensuring safe and reliable maintenance across the globe.
Boeing HorizonX Ventures led a funding round in June 2019, with participation from Thayer Ventures, Sun Mountain Capital, and KickStart Seed Fund. Total funding raised is approximately $5.17M. Robotic Skies has partnered with AeroVironment and CORRIDOR Aviation Service Software for expanded UAS maintenance and technology solutions.
The company targets enterprise drone operators, commercial fleet operators, and defense-adjacent UAS programs that require consistent, certified maintenance.
