RoboMotive BV is a robotics system integrator headquartered in Roermond, in the Dutch province of Limburg, with more than 25 years of experience in robot cell integration and over seven years focused specifically on 3D bin-picking. The company builds systems that combine industrial robots, grippers, and 3D vision software to automate picking, processing, and placing of products for industrial and logistics customers.

The company's software recognizes parts presented in random, unpredicted orientation without pre-teaching or a learning cycle, and its cells reach picking rates of up to 1,100 picks per hour running continuously. In 2018 RoboMotive installed what it describes as the first robotic order-pick cell able to work from pallets and flow racks without product master data, delivered to DHL. The company has also built systems for Unipharma, UPS, and Kardex serving Sonepar, and has integrated its picking cells with Autostore storage systems for other customers.

RoboMotive placed third in the Robotics Award at Hannover Messe in 2012 and was ranked the number one robotics start-up in Europe and fourth worldwide at Robot Launch 2016. In 2018 the company co-founded the first official Field Lab Robotics in Limburg, a regional Smart Industry initiative pairing RoboMotive with academic and public partners to develop robotic material-handling research.
