Rhythmsoft Robotics and Automation Pvt Ltd was established in 2000 and operates two manufacturing plants in Nashik, Maharashtra — Plant 1 at Plot No. 113, MIDC Satpur, Nashik 422007, and Plant 2 at 79 Sinnar STICE — situated approximately 180 km from Mumbai and 185 km from Pune. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and maintains global technical tie-ups with KUKA Robotics and Bilsing Automation (Germany).
Rhymthsoft is recognised as the first Indian company to develop and commercially execute a series of advanced robotic applications for the domestic automotive market, including tandem press linking, servo spot welding, glass glazing (glass gluing), and roller hemming. These applications were delivered to major automotive OEMs such as Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Daimler, Mahindra, Tata, and Honda.
The company's product and solution portfolio covers robotic servo spot welding lines, press-shop automation (tandem and progressive), robotic MIG welding systems, robotic glass gluing and sealing, machine tending for engine cylinder heads and blocks, ring rolling automation, hydro-forming automation, end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) grippers for press lines developed in association with Bilsing Automation Germany, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), machine vision systems, and robotic material handling. Rhythmsoft provides turnkey engineering, integration, programming, and after-sales support from its in-house design and development centre equipped with a tool room and testing facilities.
