Realtek Semiconductor Corp. is a Taiwanese fabless semiconductor company founded in October 1987 and headquartered in Hsinchu Science Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan. The company has been listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange since 1998 under stock code 2379. According to publicly reported 2019 figures, Realtek employed around 5,000 people, with the large majority working in research and development.

Realtek's traditional business centers on communications network integrated circuits, including gigabit Ethernet controllers and wireless LAN chips, computer peripheral ICs such as audio codecs and card-reader controllers, and multimedia ICs for LCD displays and media playback devices.
