These include a 12-month pilot programme in multi-storey schools in collaboration with Singapore government bodies, two-year and three-year leases for shopping malls and hospitals, and partnerships with CBM (a major facilities services operator) to scale robot deployment across Singapore. In April 2026, the company was selected for the SelectUSA Tech initiative, signalling planned US market expansion.
The company operates on a Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) leasing model, charging clients for robot deployment on medium- to long-term contracts rather than outright product sales, enabling lower upfront cost for facilities operators and recurring revenue for Primech AI.
