Neubility is a Seoul-based autonomous robot company founded in 2017 by Cheongho Cho and Labib Tazwar Rahman. The company develops and commercially operates vision-based autonomous delivery robots in urban outdoor environments. Its flagship product, the Neubie robot, uses proprietary visual localization and path-planning algorithms — without relying on GPS, HD maps, or LiDAR — to navigate sidewalks, detect obstacles, stop at crosswalks, and complete last-mile deliveries without human intervention.
Neubie is the first outdoor mobile robot in South Korea to receive operational safety certification, evaluated across 16 criteria including speed control, emergency stop, and crosswalk compliance, and has been granted the same legal status as a pedestrian, enabling nationwide sidewalk operation. Neubility currently operates the largest fleet of outdoor autonomous robots in South Korea, with deployments across 15 domestic regions as well as the United States and Saudi Arabia. The company's Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) platform handles fleet management, site management, and service operations end-to-end.
Notable partnerships include a delivery collaboration with YOGIYO. Neubility has raised $61.35M across multiple rounds including a Series B, with investors including Korea Development Bank, CRIT Ventures, and Envisioning Partners.
