Marport Deep Sea Technologies Inc. was a Canadian company engaged in the design and development of software-defined sonar technology and underwater acoustic products for sensing and communication applications. Its product portfolio included wireless sensors, sounders, sonars, Doppler current profilers, sub-bottom profilers, acoustic monitoring devices, underwater modems, and subsea positioning systems. Kraken Robotics acquired Marport's AquaPix Synthetic Aperture Sonar intellectual property in 2013, having been spun out from Marport, and subsequently acquired Marport's marine robotics assets following Marport's receivership.
