Mach supplies an OEM autonomy stack for off-road vehicles - perception, phased-array radar, path planning, mesh networking - used in GUSS orchard sprayers.
Mach Industrial Group, trading as Mach, is a US developer of full-stack autonomy for off-highway vehicles, sold to equipment manufacturers that build driverless machines on its platform. The company says it has more than ten years of experience shipping production autonomy and reports more than 260 autonomous vehicles in commercial deployment, over 500,000 driverless miles, more than 30 vehicle platforms integrated and production activity in over ten countries.
The platform combines ruggedized autonomy hardware with Mach Software v2 and is organized into modules. Mach Perception performs edge AI sensor fusion across cameras, lidar and radar; Mach RadX is a phased-array radar designed for off-highway use; Mach Command handles on-vehicle path planning and mission management; Mach Pilot provides supervisory control for operators and remote operations centers; Mach Nexus is an LTE, Wi-Fi and sub-GHz mesh gateway rated to MIL-STD-810; and Mach Ops delivers cloud fleet management, over-the-air updates and analytics. The architecture is designed to support ISO 25119 and IEC 62061 functional safety, and integration packages include CAN bus profiles and electrical interface documentation for OEM engineering teams.
Published customer projects include the GUSS autonomous orchard sprayer, the Frost ASTRO driverless turf sprayer and Highline's autonomous livestock feed delivery machine; other logos shown are Prinoth, Alamo Group, Doking and Amazone. Mach lists agriculture, landcare and vegetation management, logistics, mining, defense, maritime and construction as target industries.
