The hardware range centres on three robots. Liftman is a lifting AMR rated at 1,500 kg (3,307 lb) with a 60 mm jacking height and adjustable speed to 3 m/s, used for picking, replenishment and indoor transport. Rampbot handles slopes of up to 15 degrees, carrying 1,800 lb on ramps and 3,300 lb on flat ground with a 12 in jacking height, moving material between production zones, assembly lines and loading docks indoors and outdoors. Rollerbot is a 1,200 lb sorting robot with a built-in conveyor that transfers loads between sorting stations, packing areas and fulfilment zones; interchangeable top plates are offered in conveyor, incline plate, flat plate and high plate configurations. Navigation uses floor QR codes combined with in-house algorithms, with SLAM also referenced.
Around the robots Liftians supplies warehouse management and warehouse execution software, goods-to-person systems, pick and work stations, conveyors, lifts, racks and shelving, plus design, simulation, ROI assessment, inventory management and warranty services. Named target sectors are food and beverage, factory, automotive, retail, 3PL, healthcare and pharma, and general logistics and consumable goods. The company has announced a partnership with EdgeNectar on 5G AMR connectivity.
