In 2017, the company established LazerArc as a dedicated division for custom engineered automation solutions, including 2-axis through 5-axis weld positioners and robot transfer units (RTUs) in 7th-axis in-floor, elevated, and inverted configurations. LazerArc's mechanical drive uses a zero-backlash programmable cam system achieving accuracy within 2–3 arc seconds. Products target material handling, welding, and painting applications.
