Laserline Inc. is the North American subsidiary of Laserline GmbH, a world leader in the development and manufacture of high-power diode laser systems. The parent company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Muelheim-Kaerlich near Koblenz, Germany, where it operates roughly 15,000 square meters of in-house production facilities. Laserline Inc. manages sales, applications, service and support for customers across North America, part of a global network with subsidiaries in the USA, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, China, South Korea and India. Laserline designs highly efficient, modular diode laser systems in both infrared and blue wavelengths, reaching output powers of up to 60 kW with wall-plug efficiency above 50 percent, the highest of any industrial laser type.
Its product range includes the LDF series of mobile high-power diode lasers (multi-kilowatt class, with units above 30 kW mounted on casters for single-operator mobility), the compact LDM series in a 19-inch rack format up to 10 kW, high-efficiency, direct, brilliant (beam-converter) and blue diode lasers, along with a full line of processing optics for welding, brazing, cladding and homogenizing. These laser sources and optics drive industrial production processes such as laser welding (including aluminum and copper), laser metal deposition and cladding, additive manufacturing, surface heat treatment and hardening, brazing, plastic processing and semiconductor wafer annealing. Customers come primarily from the automotive and e-mobility, mechanical engineering, tool- and mold-making, aerospace, heavy industry, oil and gas, semiconductor and renewable energy sectors. The company also offers an application laboratory, custom laser solutions, commissioning, training and 24/7 after-sales service.
