Products are offered both as standalone actuators and as a complete Total Solution that bundles the actuator, motor, controls, programming software, and factory support, and the company supports integration with third-party servo motors including Rockwell Automation. SHA hybrid linear actuators are configurable across a broad range, with force capability reported from roughly 50 lbf up to about 12,000 lbf and stroke lengths available up to 120 inches, serving applications such as assembly, clamping, extruding and molding, lifting and positioning, material handling, metal fabrication, pressing, process control and valve actuation, testing, and welding. Documented deployments include AGV material-handling lift systems, aircraft-carrier jet blast deflector lifting, mining ventilation door positioners, security wedge barriers, and press machines. Kyntronics provides CAD models, a product configurator, an ROI calculator, and engineering application reviews, and its products are made in the USA.
