Jiangsu Jicui Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (branded Jicui Zhizao, or Jitri Intelligent Manufacturing) is a Nanjing-based robotics manufacturer headquartered in the Jiangbei New Area Research and Innovation Park in Jiangsu province. It was established on 26 September 2016, co-founded through an angel-round investment from the Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI) together with a research team led by Professor Luo Minzhou, who serves as the company's legal representative. A second equity-financing round followed in September 2019 from the Jiangbei New Area Research and Innovation Park investment vehicle. Current disclosed shareholding places roughly 60 percent with Nanjing Ruobot Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a Luo Minzhou-affiliated holding entity, 25 percent with Nanjing Research and Creation Investment Development Co., Ltd., and 15 percent with JITRI itself.

The company's core products are six-axis collaborative robots and indoor autonomous mobile platforms, described in its own materials as spanning six cobot models and nine indoor-AMR variants, alongside portable welding robots and automated production-line equipment.
