Invent Smart Intralogistics Solutions is an intralogistics and material-handling automation company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Sao Bernardo do Campo, Sao Paulo, Brazil, with a US branch in Doral, Miami. The company designs, manufactures and integrates Logistics 4.0 systems for warehouses, distribution centers and fulfillment operations, having delivered more than 400 projects for clients including Amazon, Nespresso, Renner, adidas, Avon, Riachuelo and Leroy Merlin. Its portfolio spans the I-Sortex family of high-throughput modular sorters and transfer/diverter units, conveyor modules, autonomous picking robots and AMRs (marketed under Invent Robotics), put-to-light and put-to-wall stations, picking-by-light/voice/monitor systems, automatic volume cubing, and storage solutions. On the software side it provides warehouse control (WCS) and material-flow control (MFC) platforms, alongside services including turn-key project delivery, systems integration, retrofit and modernization, consulting, maintenance management and outsourcing. The I-Sortex sorters scale from the motorized-roller T.Sortex at 1,800 boxes/hour to the high-performance H.Sortex reaching 8,000 boxes/hour at 2 m/s, handling parcels up to 35 kg. In May 2026, Italian robotics and automation firm Comau signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Invent, with closing expected in the third quarter of 2026 subject to regulatory approval; Invent is expected to retain its current management and Brazilian operations.
