i-Cow is a Chinese manufacturer of industrial autonomous mobile robots for intralogistics, based in Suzhou, Jiangsu and founded in 2015. The company markets its range as driverless vehicles for intralogistics and offers customisation of standard models to a customer's handling task.
The catalogue covers four robot families. The VB series consists of compact under-cart lifters with a built-in lift and 2D SLAM navigation: the VB 08-08 handles 800 kg at up to 2.2 m/s in a 960 x 680 x 245 mm body weighing 150 kg, and the VB 08-15 handles 1,500 kg at up to 1.7 m/s in a 1,160 x 860 x 245 mm body weighing 210 kg.
The forklift families use marker and reflector navigation. The VL series covers pallet stackers: the VL 08-10 m (1,000 kg, 1,800 mm lift), VL 08-15 (1,500 kg, 3,000 mm lift) and VL 08-15 ac (1,500 kg, 3,000 mm lift, 2,700 kg vehicle weight). The VT series covers low-lift pallet trucks: the VT 08-20 m (2,000 kg, 125 mm lift) and VT 08-35 (3,500 kg, 125 mm lift). The VR 01 is a high-reach unit carrying 1,400 kg to 5,755 mm at up to 2.5 m/s, and the VX 08-075 is a very narrow aisle truck carrying 750 kg to 3,380 mm.
Two further models round out the range: the VQ 08 cy, a conveyor-top transfer robot rated at 1,600 kg with 5 mm stop accuracy, and the VP 01-30 tow and transport robot rated at 3,000 kg with 10 mm stop accuracy and 4% gradeability. All models are quoted at up to 1.5 m/s unless noted.
