HERR Industrial, Inc. is a family-owned mechanical contractor and finishing systems builder based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, United States. Founded in 1971, the company designs, fabricates, and installs industrial paint finishing systems for manufacturers that coat metal, plastic, and wood products, and it remains independently owned.
The product scope covers three application technologies: powder coating systems, liquid spray systems, and electrocoating (e-coat) systems, each engineered around the customer's part geometry, process, production rate, and plant layout. HERR also supplies the supporting line components, including surface preparation and pretreatment equipment, convection and infrared cure ovens, and conveyor systems that carry parts through the line, together with air pollution control equipment and control systems. Projects run under a ""concept to completion"" model in which engineering, fabrication, installation, project management, and operator training are handled in-house. Installed lines serve electrical control, automotive, architectural, aerospace, agricultural equipment, construction, commercial office furniture, and residential product manufacturers.
The company also retrofits existing finishing systems, performs system evaluations and equipment upgrades, and runs preventative maintenance programs with its own service staff.
