The platform is organized around three functions. Automation places an RFID-driven terminal at each machine to handle operator clock-in, ERP data entry, and document retrieval. Process control delivers the approved work instructions, CNC programs, offsets, and digital checksheets for a job to the correct machine based on that job's RFID tag. Observability provides real-time machine monitoring, live Overall Equipment Effectiveness tracking, shop-floor maps, and a visual-factory indicator light at each workstation. Harmoni additionally supports RFID-based labor and job-cost tracking, multifactor machine authentication, and shop-floor messaging so operators can reach engineering, maintenance, or management without leaving the workcenter. The platform is designed to run alongside existing shop equipment, including CNC controls from Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Heidenhain, Siemens, and DMG Mori, and to integrate with ERP systems including Epicor, Infor, JobBoss, and Odoo.
In September 2026, Harmoni Solutions announced a $10 million funding round to expand the platform.
