Company Overview

Harmoni Solutions, Inc. is an Akron, Ohio-based industrial software company that develops Harmoni, a factory orchestration platform for modern manufacturing. The platform connects shop-floor machines, operators, and existing business systems such as ERP into one real-time view of factory execution, with the goal of reducing wasted time, eliminating errors and scrap, and giving manufacturers full visibility into what is happening at every workcenter. Harmoni is built on three pillars.

Automation places an RFID-driven command center at each machine that handles tasks such as operator clock-in, ERP data entry, and document retrieval, so workers stay focused on making parts. Process control delivers only the correct, approved work instructions, CNC programs, offsets, and digital checksheets to each machine based on the job's RFID tag, removing a common source of defects. Observability turns this activity into insight through real-time machine monitoring, live Overall Equipment Effectiveness indicators, shop-floor maps, manufacturing dashboards, and a Visual Factory indicator light. The system supports automated program loading, RFID-based labor and job tracking for accurate job costing, multifactor machine authentication for security, and next-generation shop communications that let operators reach engineering, maintenance, and management without leaving the workcenter.

Harmoni is compatible with a wide range of CNC controls and machine tools (including Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, Mazatrol, Heidenhain, Siemens, and DMG Mori) and integrates with ERP systems such as Epicor, Infor, JobBoss, and Odoo. Because it works with existing equipment, the platform deploys in weeks. The company maintains offices in Akron, Ohio and New York City.
