Zhejiang Guozi Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. (Guozi Robotics) is a Chinese manufacturer of autonomous mobile robots and automated material-flow systems, headquartered at 398 Shiqiao Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou. The company traces its technical origin to robotics research at Zhejiang University and was founded in 2011 (some directory sources state 2010).

Intelligent inspection covers outdoor and indoor wheeled inspection robots, rail-mounted inspection robots, explosion-proof inspection robots for hazardous areas, quadruped robots, drones and manipulation robots, with accompanying monitoring software. These are aimed at electric-power substations, energy and process plants.
Reported deployments include more than 1,200 robots for Staples in the United States, a smart-factory project with TZ Group, and AMR deployment at a Xiaomi automotive plant. Published funding data records a Series C round and roughly USD 28.2 million raised in total, with investors including Midea Group, Astronergy, GreatStar, Xinrui Zheshang and Future Invest.
