GMEX Robotics

GMEX Robotics (Nasdaq: GMEX), formerly Fitell Corporation, is a technology company transitioning from precision fitness engineering into advanced robotics by applying its motion, biomechanics and hardware expertise to intelligent machines. The company designs and engineers robotic systems emphasizing reliable performance and human-centric design, targeting three core domains: transportation and logistics (warehouse automation, intelligent inventory, material hauling and last-mile delivery via sidewalk robots and drones); collaborative and industrial automation (flexible cobots working alongside humans, mobile manipulator arms on AMRs, predictive maintenance and vision-based quality control); and resource exploration and excavation (autonomous AI-driven platforms for mineral and energy discovery in challenging environments).

Its flagship product is a 6-axis collaborative robot crafted from aerospace aluminum with a wireless body design, micron-level accuracy and dynamic torque control for tasks from R&D to mass production. GMEX has also launched 2F Culinary AI, an AI-driven personal robot chef for personalized, nutrition-customizable meals, and is advancing an autonomous, battery-powered Hospital Logistics Robot that transports and dispatches medical materials using AI, multi-dimensional sensing and multi-layered access verification including facial recognition, barcode scanning, ID-card access and palm-vein recognition. Safety features across its platforms include force-torque sensors, 2D/3D vision systems, collision detection, power and force limiting, and digital-twin simulation, with compliance to international collaborative-robot standards. The company retains its Fitell fitness-equipment business and positions itself as a human-performance technology company expanding into broader physical-AI applications.
