Etisoft Sp. z o.o. is a Polish industrial identification and automation manufacturer, founded in Gliwice in 1993 as Etimark and headquartered at ul. Szara 21, Gliwice, with about 300 employees.
Its base business is self-adhesive labels, RFID labels and systems, thermal-transfer ribbons, adhesive tapes and die-cuts, and front and control panels. Around that it supplies Auto ID hardware including label and colour printers, barcode scanners, mobile computers and tablets, print-and-apply systems and machine-vision inspection, together with its own ETILABEL labelling software.
Mobile robots are built by group company Etisoft Smart Solutions sp. z o.o. (Polish register KRS 0000453901) and sold by Etisoft as AGV-based intralogistics systems, also available on long-term rental. The IntraBot line comprises IntraBot Lift 550, which lifts and carries pallets and pallet-sized containers at up to 1.4 m/s and measures 1400 x 900 x 400 mm at 240 kg; IntraBot Flat 550/1100, a platform unit for loads up to 1,100 kg loaded manually by an operator; IntraBot Stand 550/1100 for totes, boxes and small containers; and the IntraBot Tow and IntraBot Pull tugger variants.
The group operates branches in Hungary, Denmark (Etisoft Nordic), Ukraine, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Warsaw and Krakow, plus a commercial office in Poznan, and includes Etisoft Packaging Systems, Loxee, MacArthur-Etisoft and ITS. Certifications are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and FSC Chain-of-Custody. Etisoft has signed the UN Global Compact since 2010 and belongs to FINAT since 2009, and holds an EcoVadis bronze rating.
