ELT Systems Group is the automation and systems-integration division of Eastern Lift Truck Co., Inc., a material-handling dealer founded in 1971 and based in Maple Shade, New Jersey. The group is staffed by application engineers and project managers who design, build, install and support automated material-handling systems across manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations.
Its core offering combines autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and robotic lift trucks with conveyors, palletizers, pallet-rack systems and custom production-line equipment into integrated solutions. ELT Systems Group deploys OTTO by Rockwell Automation AMRs for moving boxes, bins, carts and pallets, robotic reach trucks, pallet jacks and tuggers from Hyster and Yale, and Kemaro autonomous cleaning robots, while also handling robotic palletizing cells built on Fanuc robots. The team acts as an extension of customer staff, providing material-handling consultation, equipment vetting for corporate initiatives, warehouse layout and pallet-rack design, conveyor design, machine and equipment integration, and industrial PLC programming. Documented projects include outfitting a 1,000,000-square-foot warehouse with a robotic palletizer and full material-handling infrastructure, completed within four months from final design to first shipment. As an integrator rather than a robot manufacturer, ELT Systems Group sources equipment from a partner network and manages budgeting, design, materials sourcing, site evaluation, installation and ongoing service, helping operations address labor shortages while improving throughput and safety. The division operates from Eastern Lift Truck's network spanning multiple states in the U.S. Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.
