Harare drone dealer and operator selling DJI, ARACE, DeltaQuad and Kite Aero aircraft; its training arm reports 1,500+ pilots trained.
Drone Solutions Zimbabwe is a Harare-based drone dealer, flight-service operator and pilot-training business. It presents itself as a subsidiary of Drone Solutions International, a group that describes itself as a drone services network spanning Zimbabwe, South Africa, Malawi, Mozambique and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The Zimbabwean company works from an office, showroom and technical workshop at 9 Belfast Road, Emerald Hill, Harare, combining equipment sales, contracted flight services, repairs, aircraft registration and training in one location. Jeremiah Musabayana is named as chief executive in 2026 press coverage.
Its dealership catalog covers DJI enterprise aircraft (Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK, Matrice 4E and 4T, Mavic 3 Enterprise and Mavic 3 Thermal, and the Dock 3 with Matrice 4D for remote automated missions), DJI Agras agricultural drones (T100, T70P, T55, T50, T25P and T25), DJI camera drones such as the Avata 2, long-endurance electric VTOL aircraft from ARACE (Phoenix, Angel and Griffin Pro), the DeltaQuad Evo Enterprise fixed-wing VTOL, and Kite Aero delivery aircraft. It also supplies Zenmuse payloads, DJI Terra and FlightHub 2 software, power systems and spares, and runs equipment trade-in assessments. It does not manufacture its own aircraft.
Service lines include topographic and engineering surveys, mining volumetrics and pit monitoring, UAV geophysical surveys, crop-health mapping, contracted crop spraying and spreading with Agras systems, thermal and visual inspection of power, solar and telecom assets, security patrols including dock-based monitoring, and construction progress capture.
Medical logistics is its newest line. In April 2026 the company launched a delivery initiative using Kite Aero aircraft to carry blood products, vaccines, pathology samples and medicines to remote facilities, with an average delivery time of about 30 minutes reported, and demonstrated blood-sample delivery at a blood donation launch in Chitungwiza. In May 2026 it confirmed Kite, powered by the AXIOM platform, as its delivery-drone partner, and it acts as Kite Aero's operations partner for Zimbabwe and the wider region, with its own pilots planning and flying every KITE mission. In September 2026 the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe (CAAZ) approved its operations specifications for beyond-visual-line-of-sight KITE deliveries, with initial routes linking regional health facilities and central laboratories. Expansion with Kite Aero into Mozambique, Malawi and the DRC is planned.
Training runs through the Drone Solutions Training Institute, formerly Drone University, a wholly owned subsidiary licensed by CAAZ. The institute reports more than 1,500 pilots trained across all available CAAZ drone ratings, received a CAAZ licence for drone maintenance training in 2025, and signed a five-year training memorandum with Bindura University of Science Education in 2024.
