The platform addresses caregiver shortages and resident loneliness, with the company citing measurable improvements in smile rate, cognitive function, and reduced loneliness in pilot studies run with partners such as Eaton Senior Communities and the University of Denver. Ryan's CompanionBot was a winner of the CES 2024 Eureka Park Accessibility Contest. The company markets Ryan at roughly one dollar per resident per day in a 50-resident community, positioning it as a cost-effective supplement to life-enrichment and wellness staff.
