The company supports the full lifecycle from application discovery, rapid engineering-aware quoting and CAD layout through build, quality checks, delivery, on-site mechanical install, I/O checkout and startup, backed by a limited warranty and spare parts support. Direct Conveyors offers an online configurator for self-service conveyor specification and is a member of the Association for Advancing Automation (A3).
