Delhivery Limited is an Indian integrated logistics and supply-chain company founded in 2011 (originally as SSN Logistics Ltd) and headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Co-founded by Sahil Barua (CEO), Mohit Tandon, Bhavesh Manglani, Suraj Saharan and Kapil Bharati (CTO), the company provides express parcel delivery, part-truckload and full-truckload freight, warehousing, cross-border services and supply-chain software across India. Delhivery operates a large technology-driven network including more than 85 automated sort centers that use conveyor systems, barcode scanning and AI-based routing algorithms to process millions of parcels daily, alongside numerous gateways and fulfilment centres.
The company listed on the BSE and NSE in May 2022 following an IPO valued at approximately 3.7 billion US dollars. Its relevance to robotics and autonomous systems centers on Delhivery Robotics, the company's aerospace R&D arm, which evolved from the 2023 acquisition of US-based Transition Robotics Inc. Delhivery Robotics designs unmanned aerial systems and vertical-takeoff drones for cargo delivery in challenging and remote environments, aiming for safe, reliable and cost-effective logistics integration; it operates entities in India (New Delhi) and the United States (Sunnyvale, California). Through warehouse automation, automated sortation and unmanned aerial logistics development, Delhivery applies robotics and autonomous-systems technology to large-scale supply-chain operations, while its core business remains third-party logistics services.
