DANOBAT

Danobat is a Spanish manufacturer of advanced, engineered-to-order machine tools and manufacturing systems, part of the Mondragon Corporation industrial cooperative and the Danobatgroup. With over seven decades of expertise, the company designs and builds high value-added precision equipment including external, internal, centerless and vertical grinding machines, horizontal and vertical hard-turning lathes (under the Mikroturn brand), hybrid MikroTurnGrind machines, lathes, and dedicated solutions for railway wheelsets and automotive wheels. Danobat operates three leading brands: Danobat itself, Hembrug (a Dutch leader in ultra-precision hard turning and hybrid machines, also supplying solutions for planetary roller screws used in humanoid robots) and Overbeck (a German specialist in high-precision internal grinding machines). Available in S1, S2 and S7 models with payloads from 200 kg up to 700 kg and reaches up to 3,315 mm, the dBOT uses ultra-resolution secondary optical encoders on all six axes, a pre-tensioned dual-drive beltless design, in-house gears, a cast-iron FEA-optimized structure and the Siemens Sinumerik ONE control system, with IP65/IP67 protection. It can perform machining, assembly and 3D printing on both metallic and composite materials, and its reach can be extended with the modular dTRACK linear axis.
