Huaxiao Precision Industry (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., trading in English as CSG Huaxiao, is a Chinese manufacturer of AGVs and mobile robots together with the software that dispatches them. The company was registered in 2003 and began AGV development in the 2003-2011 period; its headquarters is in Longquan, Lishui, Zhejiang, with R&D and marketing operations in Zhejiang, Shanghai and Jiangsu and a main Suzhou site at No. 99 Xunyangjiang Road, Huqiu District.
The hardware range covers towing, latent/underride, backpack-carrying and forklift mobile robots plus an AGV+ line. Model families indexed by third parties are HUAPENG (W Series 500 kg and 2000 kg, F Series 2,000 kg forklift AGVs), HUALIN (L Series 1,000 kg lifting, C Series 1,000 kg conveyor, B Series 1,500 kg at up to 2 m/s), HUAJUN (U Series unidirectional 3,500 kg, bidirectional 5,000 kg and omnidirectional 6,000 kg cart movers, T Series 3,500 kg) and HUALONG (R Series 300 kg mobile manipulator with an arm on top). Software products are the MIP multi-system interaction platform, RCSlite and RCS-3 mobile robot scheduling platforms, and WMS and WCS warehouse systems; simulation consulting is also offered.
The company cites SLAM, motion control, cluster scheduling, multi-robot coordination and heavy-load transfer as core technologies, more than 300 core patents, cumulative shipments above 40,000 units, and project loads above 100 and 200 tonnes in metal smelting and construction machinery respectively. It reported the industry's first 10,000th AGV rolling off the line in 2016, sales above CNY 100 million in 2019, exclusive strategic supplier status at Dongfeng Nissan, and excellent-supplier recognition from CATL and Geely.
