Contoro's InteleOp system lets a remote human operator step in for edge cases the robot's AI cannot resolve on its own, while its AdaptAI models plan collision-free unloading paths and are trained on customer-specific data over time.
Contoro sells the system as a per-container service rather than a capital purchase, with a 12-week pilot program for new customers, and lists retailers including PetSmart and H Mart among its named customers.
