All equipment is entirely designed, engineered, assembled, and tested at facilities in Italy.
With revenues exceeding 250 million euros and approximately 600 employees, Clevertech serves global consumer goods companies in food & beverage, home care, pet food, and personal care sectors, exporting up to 95% of its output. In 2026, CVC Capital Partners agreed to acquire the company, valuing it at approximately €800 million. Founder Giuseppe Reggiani remains CEO.
